By using the Anti Label website or mobile app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). If you do not agree, discontinue use immediately. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Anti Label ("Company," "we," "our," or "us").
1. General Terms & Conditions
1.1 These Terms apply to all purchases made on our website.
1.2 Anti Label reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility to Use
2.1 The website and mobile app are available only to individuals capable of entering legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or equivalent laws in your jurisdiction.
2.2 We reserve the right to terminate your account or restrict access if we determine that you are ineligible or have violated these Terms.
3. Products
3.1 All product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Minor variations may occur.
3.2 We reserve the right to discontinue products or change specifications at any time.
4. Payments
4.1 We accept payments via credit/debit cards, UPI, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
4.2 For COD orders, there may be order value limitations.
4.3 All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Shipping Policy
5.1 Shipping Charges: Enjoy free shipping on all orders, regardless of value.
5.2 Order Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day.
5.3 Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days, depending on location. Remote areas may take longer.
5.4 Tracking Information: Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if preferred).
5.5 Undelivered Orders: If your order is undelivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, we will contact you to rearrange delivery.
6. Returns & Refunds
6.1 Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
6.2 Non-Returnable Items: Products on final sale, promotional giveaways, or gift cards are non-returnable.
6.3 Return Process: Email us at support@antilabel.com with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide a return shipping label.
6.4 Return Shipping Charges: Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items. For other cases, customers may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
6.5 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
7. User Conduct & Content
7.1 You agree to use the website responsibly and not engage in activities such as spamming, phishing, uploading malicious software, or posting defamatory or objectionable content.
7.2 Any content you submit, such as reviews or suggestions, will be treated as non-confidential, and Anti Label reserves the right to use it without compensation.
